There are about
12 stages of filling the form. We expect you to
carefully go through the different stages. Your
ability to fill the form correctly is part of
your requirement to qualify for admission.
Note that after the second stage,
the system saves each stage you are, which means
you can continue from where you stopped any other
day provided the closing time is not exceeded. |
| Stage 1 |
| This stage is crucial,
you are required to create an account which you
will be using subsequently to access your information
in this portal. A username, password and email will
be required. Note that if your username has been
used by somebody else, the system will require you
to provide another. |
| Stage 2 |
| You will be required
to choose a payment option from the available list.
Other payment options will be provided as we develop
business understanding with service providers. After
this, you will be taken to Payment portal automatically,
which is outside our site, if the payment is successful,
than the next stage will show up |
| Stage 3 |
Personal Data form,
you will be required to supply your personal data
as contained in the form. You will also attach
you passport photograph
Note:
Once your payment is through, you can always use
your username and password to login to the system
to continue with the filling of the form (if not
completed) or access other information as required.
Your Username and Password are your keys to this site,
you must keep them safe, secured, personal and secret. |

| Course you want to offer in the Unversity
is the next thing to select. There are first and second
choices to select |
| Stage 6 and 7 |
| There is provision for you to supply
your O'level results. We have in stage 6 first O' level
sitting and stage 7 second O' level sitting. The second
O' level sitting is optional. You only fil it if your
result was incomplete in the first sitting. Click "Continue
(No Second Sitting) " on the second o' level if it
does not apply to you. |
| Stage 8 |
| Next of Kin form: we will require to
know your next of kin, therefore supply it as requested in the form. |
| Stage 9 |
| Sponsor's details are required for corespondence
from the University |
| Stage 10 |
| Personal Statement is a declaration
form that you tell us how reliable the infomation you have
provided us is. |
| Stage 11 |
| Reference Report. We require 2 of this
as additional guanrantee that you are who you said you
are. You should have them in Word documents which shouldnt
be more than 25 kb |
