College of Information and Communication Technology
The College of Information and Communication Technology aims at producing competent graduates in the field of information and communication technology. The present information age with the attendant need to join the information super highway and especially the emergence of the electronic (virtual) library and e-learning poses a veritable challenge to the management of organizations and libraries, particularly institutional libraries. Full computerization is now the order of the day in most organizations and modern libraries world-wide. Any graduate who must fit in and be a key player in the work place should, of necessity, be imbued with the requisite computer skills and information management competencies.
